Ethiopian coffee

I had ordered your Ethiopian coffee earlier and it was really great the taste was excellent and the quality was impressive. Because of that good experience, I ordered it again, but this time it wasn’t the same. The taste was not as good as before and the quality also felt lower. I would really appreciate it if you could maintain the same taste and quality as the first time, so customers can always rely on your coffee.

These Ethiopian beans were freshly roasted (24th July) but the taste was off. I got a strange stale/minty flavor that didn’t match the sweet, clean profile I usually expect from Ethiopian coffee. Possibly the roast style or processing just isn’t for me, but it left an unpleasant aftertaste and I wouldn’t buy again.

I had clicked 'order again' to repeat my same usual order, but it auto-selected whole beans

I had clicked 'order again' to repeat my same usual order but dont know why it auto-selected whole beans, i always take ground coffee.

Bought Ethiopian (ground) coffee. It was decent.

Editing the review after customer service got in touch (tip: their email doesn't work, use their phone).

After a mishap in the delivery, I received it a little while back. Tried it today (I use a V20/drip). I liked it. It has a somewhat sweet taste (as is the case with Ethiopian), but because I don't have an espresso machine, it doesn't come close to an espresso shot. That said, the packaging was done well, the roasting date was clearly written, and I think for a Pakistani company, they're doing a decent job.

I just wished the delivery spasm hadn't happened (and that their email is functional), otherwise I think I'd buy from them again.

Maybe it's me, but I got the light roast Ethiopian - not disappointed at all, but perhaps next time, I'll take a darker roast so that the flavours are accentuated even more.
