Not so fresh and tastes stale

I ordered freshly roasted beans so that I get a good cup of coffee but the beans are stale. My coffee tastes yucky and watery.

Very inconsistent roast

The roast profile was absolutely inconsistent with a very high range from very light almost unroasted beans to dark roast beans within the same bag. Worse cup quality produced.

Not what i expected from ethiopian beans

Not the best roast. Not getting any of the flavours or notes i associate with Ethiopian beans. I ordered a medium roast but it was alot lighter than mediums roasts I've ordered from different coffee roasters. Very disappointed as this was my first ever order from Grao.

Coffee Beans (Ethiopia

Hi. Your coffee beans are excellent. Nevertheless, these are lighter than the coffee (Ethiopian Medium Roast) that I bring from abroad. I have to use almost double the amount of Coffee to make my cup. Rest is fine, the pallet (taste) is good. May be there is some roasting process difference. Thank you
