Shipping Policy

At Grao Coffee Company, we are committed to delivering your coffee and coffee related items to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your purchases:

1. Delivery Timeframe:

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow up to two to five working days for your coffee and coffee related items to be delivered.

2. Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery:

It’s important to inspect your product upon delivery for any damages or defects. Any issues must be communicated to our customer service (hello@graocoffee.co) within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Damaged Articles:

In case of a damaged article, please inform us within 24 hours to initiate a claim for an exchange.
We will deliver the replacement item to the same location at no additional cost to you.
