After consuming coffee from almost all the local roasters, I found Grao to be the best. I have tried out most of their bean offerings and found them to be fresh and consistent in their quality control. This particular batch was no exception. Keep up the good work. I hope that the person who got stale beans had their issue resolved. Personally, I have always received fresh beans that had the promised flavour profile.
Coffee tasting is subjective, and our senses can detect different things. The fact that whether someone likes a specific origin or not, despite all SCA cupping protocols, depends on how developed and well-engineered their palate is and what is there preference. This Colombian coffee is perfect for me to brew with V60, as per my preference. It has prominent notes of lime fruit, its acidity is pleasing for my palate. The beans are also very well roasted. I would recommend this to brew with V60 or a chemex, I don't know if it goes well with milk or not because I haven't tried it with milk. Looking forward to more Colombian orgins, specially bourbon variety 😀

this coffee is not stale as reviewed by some one else..it is just different than the common nutty chocolaty coffee people are used to ..
The coffee was very bad and stale… didn’t like it at all. I left all the international brands and choose ur most expensive beans and they were really bad
