Very freshly and precisely roasted.

I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee beans in my last purchase. I regularly brew coffee using both a Moka Pot and an automatic drip machine, and the beans lacked freshness and consistency, resulting in a flat flavor. In comparison, I've found Nomad Scafe's beans to be significantly better in terms of aroma, freshness, and overall cup quality. I hope you can improve your bean quality in future batches.
