House Coffee Blend

This time the coffee I ordered was not fresh. I can feel the taste of oldly grind coffee. I thought it's with just one packet but it's same with all packets. Previously every packet has grind date on it and now with new packaging it's not even there so I can't tell exactly how old the batch was.

I've been a frequent customer of grao but this time I sensed that the packet didn't weigh 250 grams, wasn't filled to the exact level either. You guys should add markings so we know it's the exact measurement.
Nevertheless, the coffee notes are good. Trying this blend for the 1st time and I do recommend it.

The coffee is awesome but shipping is usually slow. If you can make it faster, it would be great

Couldn't maintain the quality, I bought the same for the 5th time and it was yuck quality, complained but didnt even get a replacement. Never going to re-purchase!

Great quality as always but delivery takes quite a bit of time
If I order on Thursday the order should arrive by max monday? It takes upto Wednesday for tue coffee to reach me
