The syrup was rich and little bit sweet

I have purchased Vanilla Syrup and Caramel Syrup,i have purchased before aswell, but this time you sent very very low qaulity, no vanilla taste and no caramel taste, just sugar.

I tried to contact and raised complain.on phone and also whatsapp on yout support,but no body replied .Really disappointed.
