Spicy Pineapple Agua

Ingredients

• 45 Grams Pineapple Puree
• 1 Drop Tabassco Sauce
• 20 ML Lemon Juice
• 20 ML Sugar Syrup
• 2 Slices Cucumber
• 6-7 Cubes Ice
• 100 ML Soda or White Carbonated Drink

Preparation:

1. Add Puree, Tabassco, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Cucumber Slices into a shaker

2. Shake Well

3. Pour into a glass through a strainer

4. Add Ice on the rocks

5. Serve with Soda or White Carbonated Drink
